General information, not advice

What you read on BetNook is general information written for adults in Canada. None of it is financial, legal or tax advice, and none of it encourages you to gamble. Whether gambling suits you is your decision, and you should only ever stake money you can afford to lose.

We do not run gambling services

BetNook runs no casino or sportsbook, accepts no wagers and holds no player money. Once you follow a link to a casino, you are dealing with that operator, and its own terms and privacy policy apply. Take any question about an account, a deposit, a bonus or a withdrawal to the operator.

Commissions and how they work

If you open an account after using one of our links, we may be paid a commission. That payment has no bearing on our order or our wording.

Offers from operators can change

Operators set their own offers, terms, payment methods and limits, and they can alter any of them whenever they choose. Whatever the operator's terms say today is what counts, so read them on its site before you register or deposit.

Your age and your province

You need to meet the legal gambling age where you live: 19+ in most of Canada, 18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Confirming that online gambling is lawful for you in your province or territory before you play is your responsibility.

Listed brands may not be open to everyone

A brand on BetNook might not take players from every province, might not give every account every payment method, and might change its offering. None of the sites our Play buttons open is on iGaming Ontario's list of regulated sites. Players in Ontario should look at the official iGaming Ontario list first; our guide to Ontario and the other provinces explains how.

What being listed tells you

Being listed does not mean we endorse everything the operator does, promise that it will pay out, or say it is regulated in your province.

Other websites

Our pages link to operators and to official bodies such as regulators and support services. Once you leave BetNook, that site's own terms and privacy policy apply.

Fixing errors

We try hard to keep BetNook accurate and dated, but errors can slip through. If you spot one, write to webmaster@betnook.net or use our Contact page. The limits on our liability are covered in the site terms.
